At Teach Like a Champion, we are constantly trying to improve the learning experiences that we offer to our participants. We’ve spent years reflecting on what makes the adult learning experience engaging, impactful, and meaningful. We are excited to begin sharing some of those intentional choices and reflective learnings in this remote series.
In this two-day remote series, we will:
- Draw back the curtain on how we design our workshops
- Share our guidance on choosing and using Means of Participation with adult learners
- Model the steps we take to prepare to facilitate
- Create opportunities for you to practice doing some of the above with Teach Like a Champion content
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
This workshop is designed for anyone who leads professional learning (or meetings) for their school or community. Though we will model with TLAC instructional strategies, you can use the facilitation techniques with any content. Schools typically send a team of leaders and coaches in order to have several key team members responsible for continuing the work back at their schools.
