Rebecca serves as a Consultant on the Teach Like a Champion team, supporting partners in Tennessee and Texas in strengthening math instruction. She leads the math and science department at Memphis Rise Academy Charter School, a top-performing charter school in Memphis, Tennessee, where she manages professional development, curriculum implementation, and academic strategic planning. Drawing on her experience teaching and writing curriculum for math classes across grades 6–12, Rebecca is passionate about helping teachers and leaders build capacity in planning and executing high-quality, responsive lessons every day.
